It’s all digital, they have the perimeter of the prison. You’re right, there’s absolutely no reason they couldn’t make it millimetre accurate.

The legislation doesnt actually say 400m … it sets out for each prison a series of co-ordinates joined by straight lines which form the restricted area … I guess the CAA have simply plotted them out.

So we got one more set of challenges before the 25th?!
- A point for every gram of coke dropped into a prison
- 10 points for air dropping an old candy bar style phone into a prison, and seen working (i.e. making a call after)
- 20 points for a smart phone as above
- 50 points to air lifting a petty theif out?
I’ve not checked using the elevation tool on Drone Scene but I’m assuming those prisons listed with a higher MSL number are simply sitting on higher ground:
