Would have thoug this came under the ANO re dropping of objects from aircraft 
Makes for a very uplifting send-off.

That was my immediate thought too. There must be permissions to be had from the CAA - otherwise cropspraying wouldn’t be allowed.
Makes an interesting add-on to the normal funeral offers of burn 'em, bury 'em or dump 'em
