EASA ruling regarding C0 marked, sub-250g drones and the EU 120m height restriction

I’ve been told if a UK traveller goes to Europe and gets their mini 4 up in the air, it will auto-set the limit it to 120m, BUT, on return to the UK, it will remain with that limit, due to EASA requirements that the limit cannot be undone. Frankly I find that impossible to believe

CONFIRMED, the drone-tweaks app removes the 120m limit imposed in the EU on Mini 4 Pro.

No need to throw away your C0 label

In the official app you can see the 120m limit and the option to request higher altitude limit

By spoofing the Drone with the DT app they are no longer available
This proves that if outside the EU you are ok, no limit no option to remove C0 label
