I’m loving my drones and want to start colour grading I’ve tried several editing software but don’t know were to start. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Best option is Davinci Resolve free (non studio).
BMD have a ton of beginner and more advanced videos, PDFs and example projects on their site to learn how to use it.

Also a novice in respect of editing, and really want to learn how to do it well. I have a MacBook Pro and typically use CapCut free.
Any recommendations please?
Learn on iMovie for free, then upgrade to FCPX

Thanks Chris, I’ll check this out.
I’ve tried many photo apps for processing raw files into HDR and the best so far for me has been EasyHDR - they offer a free demo with watermark but it’s 25 Euro to buy a perpetual licence. Following this. I’ve been using iMovie and for still photos the built in editor on my Mac for now but good to know what’s next and what the limitations are…I’ve not found them yet
