Easy TOAL anywhere along the promenade. Views across the town, harbour, millpond etc. When I was there they had model boat racing on the mill pond.
Parking difficult in the village I stopped for an hour in the car park ( pay and display)
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 02/04/2023. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

I have happy memories of nearly 50 years ago staying with my great aunt and uncle who lived very close to emsworth on the Havant road.
We used to walk to the mill pond. Be interesting to go back and see how it’s changed.

I’m not sure about permissions required for the promenade, however this is where I TOAL.
It was VERY busy with walkers, so to mitigate this I waited until there was a clear spot (no walkers) before I took off, and I made sure I returned with sufficient battery I could loiter sufficient distance away until it was totally clear to land. I used a little boat ramp half way along the promenade.
Nobody seemed to mind, although I did seem to spend half of my battery time talking to passers by who were interested so perhaps I’d use elsewhere to TOAL next time.
