Funny, maybe even ironic but…

I have just had an encounter with a Farmer on the Carrington Estate :scream: :scream: :scream:

Tomorrow he is off to buy a DJI Mini 3 :joy:

I tried to convince him to get an Avata but he was having none of that :grinning:

@RemoteIDsaveslives what are them dome shape objects ? Are they something to do with gas ? looks like a fun place to fly with a FPV but if its gas related maybe not - big boom haha

I saw the thread title so came to see how you had reacted to “Git orf moi laaand!”.

Really refreshing to see you had a positive encounter. I always find that being polite and offering a view of the phone screen wins friends and influences people.

Give it a couple of months and your farming friend will be into ag sprayers and full RTK kit! Hope to see him in here :slight_smile:

Thats the Shell Carrington plant its mostly abandoned but still some activity on site

I don’t fly over it, if the drone goes down you can’t get in so won’t be getting it back

thanks - very interesting - yeah I doubt I would be brave enough to fly over it too for the same reasons
