Enhanced zone

I went to Marizion beach today and did all the usual checks, and i knew it was an enhanced zone, the warning cane up EG RU002A PENZANCE

Type Dji enhanced warning zone.

Fair play I know I cant fly here without permissions but my question is what the refence means? Who do I get permission from, I realise it could be an airport or military zone or such but without contact details its no use, is there some way of finding out who to contact with these warnings

Click on the zone in DroneScene and the contact details are there

Drone scene is where i got it from just what i put in the question, it doesn’t give any other info?

Turn off the DJI geo zones layer, they mean nothing

The underlying restriction is (screen shot from DS) with relevant contact details
