Can anyone advise me what is a suitable paint for my EPO foam wing as a little confused from reading on the internet.
I’ve used brush-on water-based acrylic ok…
I suspect I could probably airbrush it as well.
I am not sure that any rattle-can stuff will be safe.
I sprayed my Dolphin with Plasti-Dip, see my comments on it somewhere on this site.
To be fair from an adhesion point of view it was the best option I’ve used but you can’t stick decals to it and you know how I like my craft to look pretty.
I think with spray paint preparation is the key, I don’t think a wipe with IPA is sufficient, a light rub over with some ‘Wet’nDry’ is needed to get to the foam properly.
