What do you use for TS in post?

Photoshop, there’s a Tilt-shift filter. Plenty of tutorials on YT :slightly_smiling_face:

What editing software there as @Gham said it looks like a model railway or a picture print love it …… well cool

Only Photoshop. I used the Tilt-shift feature in Photoshop’s Blur Gallery, as described above, or you could manually add blur. Then increase saturation, add a little vignetting. There’s a number of tutorials on YouTube
