Its only if you TOAL on the Helix land - small price to pay for them to ensure you know what your doing to keep people safe. Would not expect to be asked to show Fly/Op ID if your TOAL is not on their site.
Wish other such sites would follow this idea. I would even welcome a few dedicated TOAL sites and even to check in in order to fly too if it makes it safe and accessible.
Agree with @LE60LAD, showing someone a sticker that’s already on your drone is a small price to pay to be able to TOAL on their land with zero hassle 
I want to fly here @JockyB, but there are no parking or take off and landing markers. Would you be able to add some to the map please?

I am reasonably local to the Kelpies and flown there a couple of times. Never been asked yet for my Flyer ID yet.
What l will say is watch you take off and landing, their is usually a few people walking dogs in and around this area.
