This is (probably) the last of this style from me for a while. I bought three minifigures to try it out, and Buzz here is the last of them. I’ve enjoyed it though so probably will do it again sometime 
Before Toy Story 5 hit the cinemas, Buzz enjoyed a little holiday at Strathy Beach on the north coast of Scotland. The perfect place for a bit of “falling with style”… whilst stuck to the back of a DJI Avata 360.
I believe this has become the canonical use case for an Avata360. Nice work!
As a bit of a Lego fan - mmm this is just epic.
Can you share some photos of what you used to secure this to your 360 and the location on the drone too as these are so good - I have seen this done with like regular FPV’s / Avata etc but you always see the stick they are are on - this is just so clean.
Shocked that they didn’t fly off - will have to get a few more suppermen minifigs as I only have one and I don’t wish to sacrifice him haha

I’ll get some pictures later, but it’s basically just a bit of 3M Dual Lock tape on the back of the drone just about over the DJI logo, and a bit of tape on the fronts of their legs. They’re pretty well stuck, but easy to take on and off too
Oh wow that simple - thought there was maybe a 3d part printed with some lego studs on them but mmm I have some like velcro that might do the same job - something to think about

Yep, simple as that. Took me a bit of trial and error to find the best spot for the tape on the body, but otherwise just slap on some sticky and away you go
once I get my 360 I will so give this a go - thanks for that - so cool
Oh, the other thing to watch out for when you give it a go… minimum focus distance on the Avata 360 is 1.5m, so you’re never going to get them sharp.
I ended up tracking a mask over them in Resolve and boosting the sharpness as much as I could (too far and they start to look like bad CGI though), but that bit was a lot of faff, especially with Superman’s flapping cloak.
I have a superman minifig that is quite a new one that does not have a fabric cloak - its a rubbery sort of thing so that maybe the way to go but I will need to get another so I don’t lose this one as I kinda like the little guy
