I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:
Land owner permission requirements unknown.
Big wooded areas and some nice walks around here. The only parking, as far as I can tell, is down on the surrounding roads.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 12/05/2019. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

It was a few years ago and I guess it really depends on the type of flying/filming you want to do.
I can see the land around the folly would be very popular with walkers, runners, etc so going there at daybreak or sunset would probably yield quieter times…
