Never know when they are needed.
That’s the trouble ,to many of us are put off by these “Mindless Pricks” who think they know it all.
I have had to stand my ground on more than one occasion, has it put me off?.
Nope, and it never will, as long as you know you are in the right, let the other party prove otherwise.
Just waiting for the next one, I shall not argue with them, just get the Old Bill!.
And we all know they are not going to come don’t we !.
Next time, wear a hi-viz vest. It’s a very effective “Ignorant wanker repellant”. I’ve never been approached while wearing it, not by wankers and not even by admirers/curious folk.

Am I absolutely correct in thinking there is no working “jamming” technology available to the forces or the powers that be yet?

Perhaps they’ve been testing prototypes near FoF bridges recently?

Isn’t there an open letter from the Chief Constable a few years back about photographers and their rights? I used to carry it with me when flying.

I have flown at this spot or nearby lots of times and never had a problem. There were no naval ships about and I was looking to get some unusual images of the old bridge.
I think you have been unlucky as the airport NFZ contains little of interest anyway.
