Flight Logs To Mac

Recently changed to a Mac mini 4 and have now discovered I can’t get my flight logs from RC controller to the Mac. I can connect the controller to the Mac through DJI Assistant 2 and have managed to update the firmware on the controller. However I just can’t get it to show up as a drive so that I can copy my flight logs across.
Are there any other drone users using a Mac and have you encountered this problem, if so how did you overcome it.

You might need one of the Android file app on the Mac to get it to mount the controller then you can view them.

or setup a AirData account and sync your DJI flight logs to that then you can deep dive the logs on AirData and way more practical than what you can do via the Mac - from AirData you can export to xml - google maps etc

Free account https://airdata.com/

If its worth it then use the members discount for the platform too.

I think this is the app I use ( not on my Mac at the moment )

The free ver will let you copy off an Android unit but not too it - for that you need the pro one.

Thank you all for your tips. I will have a look at these options and see how I get on.

Must admit, I gave up in the end. I have an AirData account that gives me everything I need. If I really need to get the log data separately I guess I will have to use the wife’s windows laptop

Just download them with AirData

I use a Macbook, and I’ve been using an app called OpenMTP to access files on my RC2. It allows copying in either direction, and can access both the internal storage and the SD card. It can be a bit tricky to connect sometimes - apparently apps such as Preview that can access a USB port can prevent it from connecting via USB. I just shut down Preview and retry and that’s usually enough.
