Yes, of course. If the drone is a 200’ up, then a downwards facing cree would be brighter up to 200’ distance horizontally. But after that, the angle is less than 45° … and as such, a horizontally fixed cree would appear brighter. And to put this back into context, I was referring to seeing crees at a max distance
