Flywoo firefly 18

Anyone got one of the above with the 04 unit in?, thinking of purchasing one but really unsure of the durability of the 04 lite unit :grimacing:

After watching loads of YT videos, I’m contemplating buying the Flywoo Firefly 18.

As for the O4 lite, I have two O4 lite air units (Pavo Femto & Meteor 75 Pro) both have been crashed several times and not had any issues with them (other than one sustaining a scratch on the lens, when I crashed the Femto at Chesterfield Bando)

I’ve applied additional glue (E6000) to both ends of the Mipi cable, following advice from numerous YT videos.

Did you purchase the Firefly?

What’s your thoughts?

Hey Jason, yeh I did and love it, not had much chance to fly it due to the weather. I love how I can fit my goggles controller drone and batteries in 1 small case.

I’m away on business Thursday Friday this week so plan on taking it for a rip round the carpark  I hear you regarding the cable I’ll have to do mine ..

If you get the chance, share a video please.

What’s it’s like for the dreaded O4 lite jello?

I have the Pavo Femto & Meteor 75 pro both with O4 lite and the jello is terrible.

Hmm can’t remember it being an issue??? When I get 5 I’ll nip out for a blast round the close :+1:t3:

Is this in the goggles mate or from the sd card?
I found my 03 footage to be horribly full of jello when on the sd only.
Turned out i had the stabilisation turned on which caused the issue - turned it off and all good.

In both, particularly the Meteor 75. Which is a known issue.

Tried it with rock steady turned on and off.

Have swapped the props, tinkered with the mhz setting on the ESC config (96 down to 48), just gotta get the 3d printer going and print another camera mount.
