I thought (under the distance selling regulations) that if you purchase something online, you always have up to 14 days to return it.
I didn’t think this was optional for a retailer?
Not if you admit to ordering in error.
I thought it covered any eventuality… just changed your mind etc.
it was based on the old door to door sales people … as you didn’t purchase fro a shop, you had 14 days cooling off period?
According to the govt web site
It says “ You must tell the customer they can cancel their order up to 14 days after their order is delivered. They do not need to give a reason for cancelling”
