I was fortunate enough to be given permission to fly the Royal Armouries site Fort Nelson which is one of 5 forts that overlook Portsmouth from Portsdown Hill. The reason why was that the company I work for was wanting some sample data for mapping purposes and some interesting 3D to play with. Of course whilst I was there I had to do the obligatory fly away, this time centred on the 1854 Mortar that graces the front lawn.
I also got these images, although, not being an expert in photography I think the image at the front was a bit over exposed. It was at 0830 on a bright clear Sunday morning though. Perfect for some flying on a hill at a great location.
