This is the view in the goggles. Analogue fpv. Fatshark horizon. What would cause this. Asking for a friend. 
Is it the signal from the quad putting the Vs out for you? Or is it even if not tuned into the quad? Looks like the flight controller adding it?
flight controller but can’t find a setting to get Rid of it Martin. There are aspects of the correct osd there but in Chinese. 
Probably osd font corruption.
Try uploading new osd fonts using bf configurator.
