Apologies for the cheesy title, I’m afraid I couldn’t resist it.
Just a quick intro – I’m Leigh. I was born and raised in Birmingham but have been living in Sydney, Australia for a while now. I recently joined the club and have posted/commented but thought I’d say hello.
I fly recreationally and enjoy the mix of tech and photography that comes with drones. I’ll be visiting the UK in July for a holiday visiting friends and family. So I am looking forward to do some flying when I get there. Need to sort out a Flyer ID/Operator ID.
I just tried to enter the Meandering Streams and Rivers RTF but as soon as I clicked the button I realised I was 3 minutes too late! I blame the time difference, nine hours ahead at this time of year, can we have future deadline times in UTC please?! Oh well, I’ll post it in another thread perhaps.
Looking forward to learning from you all and seeing what others are flying and capturing.
