Of course, you’ve taken the gimbal protector off. Very gently, pull the gimbal forwards and let it spring back, and equally cautiously tilt the camera about the vertical and horizantal axes, and of course the crossways horizontal axis, feeling for any tight spots. If there are any, check for dust or grit, and remove it with a lens blower brush or a usb vacuum cleaner. Did the trick when I had the same warning on my 2SE…

Hello, I am a recent drone pilot and also have the dji mini 4k. Although not the identical issue it may help you going forward if you intend to fit a neutral density filter onto your gimbal lens. I purchased some with a plastic construction and was always suffering from a gimble stuck warning, I then purchased a new set of filters made of alloy from skyreat and all my issues have disappeared and as of yet not reccured. This may not be directly relevant but If you do wish to purchase nd filters I can confirm the skyreat product works without issue on the mini 4k, thanks, Mark .

Thank you to everyone who has tried to help but for some reason it just started working and i am so happy what a drone, thabks everyone!
