It’s not often you see such a large body of water (Windermere in this case) without a single ripple. Only when I went in lower & got some prop wash did the surface loose it’s glass like appearance.
Sorry about the quality on this edit as it’s just straight from DJI in app editor. Stupidly I accidentally formatted the wrong MicroSD card.
Always learning
Nice if you’ve not used the SD card again yet there’s a chance you could use recovery software to get the original files back. Video looks good though.
Never seen any of the lakes that calm before (unless they were frozen). Nice vid
Even if you have there’s still a chance
True, but the number of overwrites makes recovery more difficult.
Oooh! Never tried that. Can you recommend any such software as no, I’ve not used it again yet just formatted it though. That might not be recoverable surely.
Thanks for the compliment too
Mac or PC yes recoverable
Thank you. I’ve not either so just had to take some quick shots.
It was truly ripple free. Even the birds hadn’t been in they were still on the shore or jetty posts lol.
Try the trial of disk drill
It will tell you if there is anything recoverable with little previews
If you decide you want to go down that route, there are options for getting it (nudge nudge wink wink)
You guys that have recovered files I’d really like to know what you’re using please.
if you bought a sandisk micro usb the software comes inside the packaging
I will have a butchers & cheers.
I have but can’t say I’m aware of anything other than the MSD & the SD adapter.
its inside the card board packaging you need to rip the card board open
Recuva think do a free version, another is Recoverit Free Memory Card recovery. any search will point you in the right direction. The software does all the hard work, sometimes takes its time, just leave it until complete.
Need to check all my other packaging now
got to admit, never knew about this
. Always handy
I only found it coz I ripped it open by mistake, I have got 4 unused codes, should keep me going for a while
