I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Land owner permission requirements unknown.

An early morning flight on the NT Tor, technically an issue with TOAL on their land, but safer to do so than to try a remote TOAL when others are also potentially flying.

I was up for 7am, and there were 2 other drone flyers in the area, so keep your eyes open and maintain VLOS to ensure no danger of a collision.

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 08/02/2023. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

Hi James, take a drink as its a fair walk up the Tor, and keep away from anyone else up there, some don’t appreciate drones…
