That is insanely cool!
OK - it’s a small tornado - but it demonstrates the incredible wind velocity gradient. At around 2:30 he’s pretty close to it, but no apparent turbulence or inability to maintain position/control in the wind.
SERIOUSLY interesting as it crosses over the pond!!
I’d imagine the biggest risk is debris impact … certainly if it was much bigger.
