The Great Orme in Llandudno North Wales is a great place to visit. So much to do there. A 4000 year old copper mine, ski slope, churches, the summit complex. A great walk and drive. Plenty of places to park and explore.

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 14/09/2020. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

Very popular with Aeromodellors flying Large and very fast slope soaring gliders, in Sw to Westerly winds. Something to be aware of. Some parts of the Orme have rare wild flowers, so care underfoot.
There used to be a powered flying ban in place (may still be in force). This may bring you into conflict with the Slope Soaring fraternity, as they would see you as risking their right to fly there.
Wardens might ask you to stop flying during bird nesting season, understandable.
Just be aware of these points if you decide to fly there.
One last thing. The Coastguard fly a Drone around there as well.
