Great Train Robbery Bridge

This bridge has intrigued me whenever I pass by it - the reason being it is where in 1963 the train was stopped by a gang who emptied the contents it contained namely £2.4million

So you did get back

It’s a good to think you must be much younger than I to remember the previous posting of that daring raid.
I just happen to remember when taking the last entry for the canal challenge today of a tearoom and got Anne to treat me to a mince pie and a cup of coffee, just to warm us up on a cold blustery day.
I’m amazed at the Mavic 3 pro’s strength of keeping the drone quite stable.
Having just gone off track to your question I completely forgot about it and at my age I’m not surprised!!

Fascinated by the robbery since I was a kid.

Yeah and I have a good memory

I remember going there just a few days after the robbery, we were staying in Wallingford👍

I was 10 and I got interviewed by a Reg Abbis? who worked for the BBC or Telegraph had my photo taken wearing shorts🤣 and a jumper.

Been back once since, keep meaning to revisit, thanks for posting and the memories, happy flying :+1::wink::sunglasses:

I was recently at Highgate and Bruce Reynolds is just inside the main gate to the East Cemetery.
