Hi
I haven’t flown for a couple of years and would like to know what options are available as well as costs.

I’d be grateful if someone can advise what Grey Arrows offers?

Does your insurance run from 1st Jan or from when you commence?

Coverdrone do policies which include repairs and public liability :wink: runs from when you join up

I use Coverdrone. Had an accident last year. Cost me £50 ( the excess) to have £187 worth of repairs done

No its 12 months from the day of purchase, plus all the benefits of being a member

I was literally looking into this myself
Does it cover multiple drones on the same policy for the same price or each drone

Thanks. Bear with me as I haven’t flown for ages.
That said, all I need to do is join and pay Grey Arrows £25 as an insured member and then my premium to Coverdrone?

I’m just looking at that. I think you can add drones to the application.

It’s protecting you, as a pilot, for as many drones as you have.

Originally, I was with the British Model Flying Association but the insurance always ran from Jan1st. I want an organisation that I can get insured with from the day I paid up - for 12 months.

You can add orher drones no problem buddy. I have all mine on one policy. Obviously the more drones it goes up a tad but of your got hours under your belt and courses passed, A2coc, GVC etc it can bring it down again.
