Handy little tip for those with fat fingers

Dunno about other Mini 2 Drone Pilots but I got fat fingers and brittle nails and forever breaking my poor old old finger nails trying remove the battery out of the Drone so just by chance I found this gadget in my car for replacing blown fuses and it works a treat and cost me nothing. I would put a photo up of it but I’m suffering from old geezer syndrome and can’t see how to

Thanks to a kind hearted member who came to my rescue I love Grey Arrows on another site I used to use I would have had the pee taken out of me for at least a week for such a stupid oversight on my part.

I found a puller clip for the Mini2 battery on thing thingiverse.com which my son 3D printed for me. Works a treat.
Also other useful 3D printable items there.

Yes there is Beesea when I was just a young thug I was a naughty Teddy Boy and carried the obligatory cut throat razor but years have taken their toll and instead riding my 1100cc Yamaha Dragstar I now ride an electric wheelchair which is great for flying drones because I’ve got my own seat, as for the nickname Slash comes from the Biker group I was once a member of hope this explains it for you but I promise you I’m just a great big soft Teddy bear these days.:adult:t2:‍:motorized_wheelchair::grimacing:

I don’t know how this 3d printing malarkey works but can your son make more? Obviously for payment. Put me first in queue please. Cheers

Hi Kev. I’ve actually found them on Ebay £6.49 free p&p UK seller. Your son might be able to make a few bob here! Cheers

Thanks Beesea.
He is a bit busy at present but if he gets time to do a batch I will sell them here for around £5.50.

Good. Keep me posted. Cheers

Seller on eBay for these at £4.50 delivered.

Thanks Kev. I’ve bought a couple of flytron strobes and I want to fix them on the front arms. Obviously I can use velcro type tape but do you know of any clip type fixing for the mini 2 ? I’ve found a guy on ebay doing them for the air but nothing for the mini. I don’t want to fix them to the legs cos it would prevent use of height extenders- I think? Cheers
