A wonderful day spent at Happisburgh beach, we went to see the Time and Tide bell, a large bronze cast bell situated on the beach to signal the incoming tide, it is one of a number of Time and Tide bells situated around the coast of the UK. it is the creation of sculptor Marcus Vergette and stood about 2.5M tall when placed, at the time of our visit the sand bought in by the tides had reached the base of the bell.
Another sight was the the scream of Swifts who were nesting in the cliff face, needless to say the TOAL site was well away from the cliffs.
The lighthouse in the reveal shot is the oldest working light in East Anglia, it was built in 1790 and is 85ft (26M) tall, the lantern is 134ft (41M) above sea level
