Harboro Rocks Lead Mine: a Brief Flyover

Good morning. A brief video of this interesting feature of the Derbyshire countryside.

One question while I’m here: while all my footage from the drone is smooth the rendered output always seems a bit jerky. Has anyone else found this and a solution? I’m using Cyberlink PowerDirector (Mac) but I’ve had the same issue with Premiere Elements and other applications too.

Make sure the frame rate you are rendering is the same as the frame rate you captured … or a perfect factor of it.

eg - captured at 60fp, render at 60fps or 30fps … not at 25 or 24.

That’s the most common cause/solution - but not guaranteed solution.

Thanks! I will remember that and try it out on the footage I have. It probably is something as simple as that knowing me.

The big guys in TV broadcast clips that have this issue - so don’t feel bad about it. They should have software that almost eliminates it, as can be found in some video editing software, so never been sure why it appears these days. Laziness, probably.
