Help please! Mavic 3 T "dynamic database failed to load"

I have a Mavic 3T just carried out the latest update, and I now have a message “dynamic database failed to load” I have tried the suggested things like making sure it has GPS lock then update it, it says it has the latest firmware for both the Controller and Aircraft, Any ideas?

TIA
Kev

Hi there try this

I was talking about this somewhere the other day,
Try connecting the drone / controller ( until you have satellite lock ) then go into settings press top 3 dots on the right, go to fly safe check for update then update if it’s there, hopefully should sort the problem, make sure your ( not ) connected to WiFi ( best to take it out somewhere ) .

On a DJI forum

Thanks for your speedy reply. I have tried that but it just says check network connection :~(

Hmm ok

Is it showing a fly safe database update available ?

Or try tethering your controller to your phone ( whilst your out ) with gps satellite lock.

It checks it, then says its up to date.

Are you doing this indoors or out somewhere ?

Edit : have you checked to see your running the latest fly app for the updates ? Just read that on a DJI forum so thought it’s worth noting.

Sussed it! thank you, I was missing something from the Geo module on the home screen, if you click on it, it takes you to a screen and it gives 2 tabs to click, one says “licence” the other “flysafe” So i clicked on flysafe and there are 2 choices auto update or import local, I selected auto update, then it uploaded some more firmware, all appears ok now, Thanks for your help.
