I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Land owner permission requirements unknown.

Lots to things to shoot, park, lake, bits of the town. Parking around the park and lots of places to TOAL. I was there early so very few people

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 20/05/2023. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

It is, but Class D airspace doesn’t apply to drones.

It’s my understanding that Horsham District Council have a bye-law which effectively prohibits TOAL from their land.

Yes, it’s in the bylaws.
All parks and gardens.
Named in Schedule 1.
