Hove Seafront - Added to Coastal Scenery in South East

I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Land owner permission requirements unknown.

Hove is thought to be the up market end of Brighton. It is rather quiet and gentile. It has 459 beach huts along the front.

A word of warning if you fly here the gulls will probably attack your drone , about 10 of them did mine so be ready for a short flight.

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 02/06/2024. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

Nice empty beach there.

Judging by the sun angle - that’s real early in the morning.

Give it a short time and then not able to move lol

It’s the UK. Even less time and it will be pissing down - and still and empty beach.

True there. lol

It was around 6.15 in the morning and on a sunny day, just like Brighton, it gets rammed.

I walk that bit along from Portslade to Brighton quite often … nearly every time I stay with friends in Portslade. Seen the “rammed” version. At least there’s Marocco’s Ice Cream to look forward to. :+1: (… other than the 10 - 15 minute queue for them … but still worth it.)
