I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:
Land owner permission requirements unknown.
Hownsgill viaduct is an old railway bridge, now doing service as a footpath and cycle route. The viaduct is over 200m long, and about 46m high, with plenty of tempting arches.
Free parking at what3words: ///shops.funny.player
TOAL from either end of the viaduct.
The path is well used by cyclists, dog-walkers, runners etc.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 14/11/2022. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
