Hull MKM Stadium creating fake northern lights!

The MKM Stadium in Hull is famous for its LED grow lights which is uses to maintain the quality of the pitch. If there is fog or low level cloud then it creates very unique fake northern lights which can be seen from miles around. I thought I would see what it looks like using my drone.
I think you will agree this is a rather fascinating phenomenon.

@comedyhunter thanks for this insight. I wasn’t aware and very interested effect and why it is used no wonder if other teams do similar?
