i have two dji drones attached to my account but need to unbind one , how ever the one i need to unbind does not give me the option to unbind ,just says another aircraft is attached to this account
any ideas
dji mini pro 3 and dji mini pro4 but i think i have done it, i open pro 4 controller and chose mini pro 3 in menu it then gave me to unbind the mini pro 3 which i have now done , checked the controller on mini 3 but still there but i have now erazed the date from it and its not connected to the drone so hopefully i will sell it on with no probelms

If you are selling it you need to remove from your account not unbind it from the controller
If you don’t remove from your account the new owner will not be able to fly it

When I’ve transferred my drone to new owner I’ve just Unbind via phone fly app or RC remote controller this will confirm you want to remove from account and new owner set up new account and enters there email address and binds it to there account.
The above is done with controller and drone connected at the time.
