Idyllic Ireland

I’ve just got back from a couple of days in one of my favourite parts of Ireland. These shots are of two typical Irish villages that I had planned to shoot several times but the weather never seemed to play ball, too dull, too wet, too windy, or all three. Wednesday turned out to be a good day so I made the most of it with the Mini 3 Pro.

Inistioge, Co. Kilkenny, used as a set in several movies

St Mullins, Co. Carlow, end of the Barrow Towpath. The father of Michael Flately (of Riverdance fame) was originally from here and is buried in the cemetery.

Definitely putting the Emerald in the Emerald Isle there! I have a lot of Irish family and haven’t visited for a very long time, but am sorely tempted to head over and bring the drone along with me…

You won’t regret it, there’s great scenery North and South
