iFlight NazGul5 V2 + Succex VTX - antenna advice

Back out with a buddy for some tests with his and my goggles (Same Makerfire ones) Been searching far and wide for info on this - and my own question now appears in search results so it’s not appearing to be a common occurrence. I did find this link with interesting info re running at 800mw…

It does get damn hot so I stuck a big slab of heatsink on it and dialled it back to 400mw.

It wasn’t flyable today so did walking tests out to 200m+ and all held up. I had my buddy arm / disarm and rotate the quad to check it from different angles but it was a solid signal. (Couldn’t even see him cos of the fog at this point!)

Hopefully this is a major step forward - looking forward to be able to actually test if when the weather brightens upon a bit. The text at the top of the goggles is sometimes red / sometimes green so I suspect it’s still only on the edge of a solid signal. Really hard to tell without sticking it in the air tbh.
