Notification of Jamming Trial
Sennybridge, 08 – 23 August 2024
Jamming activity impacting GNSS frequencies will take place between the dates and times specified in AIC P101/2024. Please refer to AIC for more information.
Concurrently, licence exempt frequency jamming will take place. Jammers within 15km of GNSS trial location with impact area up to 10NM at 500ft AGL. Includes 433MHz, 868MHz, 915MHz, 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz bands.
Impacted systems utilising GNSS may suffer intermittent or total failure. An associated NOTAM has been raised.

Police (and army if it gets really bad) helicopters need space to approach any potential situation within the NOTAM area from any direction, hence the circular form of the NOTAM area, a set radius around the expected trouble spots.

Yeah just spoke to a person, and it is to do with the nhs, they have to use a downwall facing camera, and had a good chat with the person, i was curious, i think he said they are doing this next week aswell.

I think it is ongoing blood deliveries by drone trials.
This would help
