Hope to make my first drone flight tomorrow, if the wind slows down.
Luckily there are two council approved areas nearby, one in Warwick Race Course and one in Newbold Common Leamington spa.

Im hoping to purchase my first drone tomorrow but I wont get back in time to fly it unfortunately. Cant pick it up until afyer 6pm 
Sorry will have to change my first flight to Monday, circumstances beyond my control.

I have yet to buy my first drone, but can’t wait.
I am interested to see that you mention two local places that are council approved.
As I am in Coventry, both are fairly close, but I was wondering how you know they are approved (I’m not doubting you, but would like to know how you found this out).
I hope your first flight goes

Welcome to GADC fella. Sounds interesting that these places are ‘allowed to fly zones’.
I’m only in Coventry too so would not be against heading over for a flight at some point there. Do you have any more details on how you found this out, only so I can look for more places lol
