Looking on Facebook there is a Mavic mini 2 with 3 batteries, with free postage sold by Thornmall, sounds to good to be true has anyone heard of them, what’s your opinion
https://thornmall.store/product/dji-mini-2-drone-grey/
this is the Link
Oh yes forgot to mention £150, you caint buy many half decent drones for that, got to be something wrong
If it’s too good to be true it usually is. Looks well dodgy to me
A £550 drone for £150?
Come on man…
I made an enquiry, the guy was very keen, saying like do you want to place an order, got to be dodgy, if it was true I would buy it just to have a spare one
I know , they must think everyone is thick but no doubt some poor sod will lose there £150, I hate Scammers like this , I’m leaving out the swear words, I thingk I will have a play with him
I’ve edited the link in your post to prevent linkjuice and to prevent people clicking it John @Clockmaker
Anyone curious can copy/paste if needed
There only contact details on their site is support@rixithailand.com
Everything on site appears to be a too good tobe true deal, for instance if you would like an iPad Pro to do with the aircraft that will be an extra £105 please.
If those prices were real they wouldn#t have any stock/Other retailers woul;d scoop them up and make a hefty profit selling on, even at way below MRP.

Did not take long for him to bail out, few aimed questions he’s gone offline, now I’m reporting him to Facebook,
If you want to see the history of this scam
I don’t think you buy from face book. It’s recommended to buy from authorized dealer
This is the type of crap infesting Facebook News Feeds at the moment.
In this case the video blatantly shows a DJI Phantom 4, I’ve also seen the Autel Evo2 being used. This scam is slightly different in that when you click the link you are presented with pictures of a Phantom4 where as others I’ve seen are obviously cheap nasty toys.
And this is part of the video using a Phantom 3
Rest assured you will not receive anything like a Phantom 4 but instead a cheap n nasty toy that usually retails on Banggood for less than £10.
You can, if you wish, report it to Facebook but that would be the definition of “an exercise in futility”, as Facebook may remove the advert but will definitely re-accept it again within minutes. The example that the original poster highlighted has been posted on Facebook with five different identities in the last two weeks.
If it’s facebook marketplace sure, but my guess is this is one of those to good to be true adverts. Things like the self solving rubics cube a guy bought a while back, what he got was a cheap plastic rubics cube, with 7 colours and when he tried to rotate it, it was just a solid piece of plastic…
Looks very similar to WISH…biggest con ever. Have bought and sold several things on Facebook Marketplace, even sold my old mavic mini fly more combo on there and got £350 for it, but even there it pays to be careful, if you don’t get to see the item(s) before you hand over the money or aren’t buying from a legit source, just walk away… You buy this and even if you get a drone in the post, it will most definitely not be the DJI Mini 2, but you are more than likely going to end up with nothing but a depleted bank account and like so many of these scammers, they will vanish into think air…
AVOID all UNKNOWNS advertising on Facebook, they just aren’t worth it
I seriously wouldn’t buy anything off Facebook, especially something that should be £550 for only £150! Tread carefully!
BIG break-in at major UK drone seller on 28th, all serial numbers will be blacklisted as stolen with DJI so buyer beware of stolen property!
There are some very honest sellers on Facebook, but there are plenty of these Scumbags, selling all kinds of crap, got to be honest though takes some kind of idiot to fall for it but they must do because there’s plenty of them, this type of dishonesty is rife accoross the world it seems it’s ok now just to lie about a product then make it difficult to return, Sad world it’s becoming
Got entirely pissed of seeing these scummy scammers on Facebook , also Facebook has become so woke with their cancel culture got peed off with them saying my comments go against community guidelines only you can see your post , that i said fuck em ! deleted my account 3 months ago…
This Type of Advert now is common place, many years ago you would have been stopped advertising something unless the advert was describing the truth, it seems that now it’s ok to just Lie about everything, a sad world, Facebook unfortunately for the Genuine Sellers is a place to lose your money fast,
