I’d phone a couple of tree surgeons before doing anything.
The worst they can do is say no?

Or ask for local members to help, there have been a fair few successful drone rescue missions made by members of the club banding together to rescue stranded drones.
You’d be surprised at the lengths that members will go to just to help out fellow members 
What area are you in? Check the members map for local pilots maybe tag them asking if they’d be willing to help?

Even gone as far as 3D printing mantis claws and having it hanging off string carried by another drone to grapple a drone from a bandos asbestos roof. Just to name another one

There’s nothing to sync to airdata the app can’t find new files.
I think its about about 15m up in the tree.
How do I shout out?
Going to see if I can see it tomorrow lunchtime with some M* nuts on the end of a piece of garden twine

I would have offered to climb the tree, but I’m wearing a knee brace at the mo.
Those coords put it roughly here. Is that right, or could it be anywhere in the park … or even the lake😨
I also have a roof rack and 2 part 10m ladder if needed.

Has it sync’d flights before OK? Did you go to the menu and hit the “Sync Now”, as on mine, it doesn’t always sync automatically.
Yes it has… I have no idea why it won’t… its only my 3rd session with it
