Jim @Kings is probably feeling fairly confident of winning this round of IWitCh but we have some really bad news for him. We are extending this particular round for another week - it will finish at 23:00 on Saturday 20th.
Which may be a bit of an anti-climax as we will be announcing another Challenge at 22:00 on that date. And this time it’s the big one!
All our brightest and best have been forcibly drafted volunteered for Birthday Challenge boot camp. In just seven days these mild-mannered and gentle people will be transformed into unforgiving, ruthless Challenge judges with no trace of humour, humanity or compassion.
And in seven days you will be starting the much-anticipated:
You can compete for the fun or get serious, plan your campaign and go for one of the top voucher prizes worth £200, £100 or £ 50 to spend at Drone Safe plus membership discounts for the three winners. There are free competition entries for competitors down to the seventh place and, in addition to the top three winners’ badges there are gold silver and bronze for those who complete all or certain numbers of the subjects irrespective of their total score.
Old hands will have an inkling of what’s ahead, newcomers stand by - you are in for a fun ride!
Short and sweet - Well done everybody who entered!
But there has to be one winner and that is Ian - @DroneGeek with his un-namedEssex fast bowler playing at the Utilita Bowl in Southampton. Except that there are two winners! Tying for votes with Ian is Jim - @Kings who has patiently waited out an extra week in the hope that his speeding police car would prove a winner - and, at last, it did!
And third place goes to Martin - @MartG1960 with a scale electric fanjet Hawk, the full-siz version having been made famous by the incomparable Red Arrows. Given how fast those little b*ggers fly it was a great capture on his phone!
We hope that our three plucky entrants will be entering the Seventh Birthday Challenge and Treasure Hunt which has just started over on this thread.
It should provide you with some fun for the next seven weeks plus the opportunity to win valuable prizes. we will see you in there! @group-challenges
