Finally cooled down enough this evening to take my new Mini 5 Pro out and capture its first sunset as a 360 Panorama!
(Oooops! Forgot to set capture to d-log m, thought there was something slightly ‘off’ )

Oooops again! Just discovered D-Log M not available for Panoramas, Normal only. My bad 
You could use it on the individual pano photos, and use a separate stitching program.
