It’s a wonder it was still in box and not robbed!

I was thinking the exact same thing @KevLincoln :see_no_evil:

Where’d you buy it from @Dr0newerks ?

Looking at the delivery label it looks like it has come from DJI Europe :face_with_monocle:

And bearing a DHL Label.

And baring a DJI box. :stuck_out_tongue:

I meant the brown box, white label :man_running:t2::dashing_away:

DJI Direct

i hope you took photos of that damage before you opened it ,was it a signed for delivery ,for gods sake give the drone and associated components a good inspection for any damage ,and open a case with DJI, in case the drone develops problems down the line ,to be honest with you, i would not have accepted that package, if it had been delivered to me like that

You can clearly see that there is no damage to the actual drone box itself only the cardboard box. So stop over thinking it. There will be no problems with the drone.

We had a parcel delivered over the “fence job” twice by the same company to 2 different addresses couldn’t tell the address as it didn’t feature in the photos, the photos were proof of none delivery, we contacted the vendor who was very apologetic and dispatched another immediately. 2 days later the original parcel was delivered, which we then had to contact for a returns label.

I made a point that unless an item is placed in my hand at my door, it’s not a delivery other than a something that fits through the letter box.

What’s the legal definition of delivery…answers please…

For everybody’s info, I did report this to DJI Support and they were great! asked me to take photos of the packaging etc and if the drone was ok, take it for a test flight and reply to them, once i said it flies fine they sent me £20 DJI credit as a sorry for this

Looks like the driver wanted to take a peak at what’s inside or it wasn’t treated well with the delivery company. Glad you got pictures and it’s nice to see DJI getting back to you and giving you store credit
