This is a great spot for sunrise and sunset flights. You may also see dolphins or the occasional whale that comes in to the firth. There are parking spots at the turning circle and I sit at one of the picnic tables and take off from there.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 26/11/2025. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location. Landowner permission may be required before taking off.
