A nice little “trick” would be to show a shot of you walking down the jetty, towards the lake, head on and then cut to the drone footage as you go “off” the end of the jetty. People wouldn’t expect that !

Acedrone. No, but I have a creative (weird) mind. 
It would give the illusion that you were walking/running and then suddenly the camera “took” off. I saw a video of the reverse of this, guy flying a drone from height and then approaching the entrance to a building and by clever positioning of the camera, change to a hand held camera and entered the front door and did a tour of the building. You couldn’t see the join!
