the marker is actually in the car park over the canal from the cathedral the spire can be seen from the car park so VLOS can be maintained. or you can walk closer to the cathedral. this is a city center location so legality of flight depends on qualification or drone class.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 22/07/2022. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
