Harrisburg International, Pennsylvania.

Its runway is 10,000 ft long, and Concorde’s minimum runway length was 11,809 ft.

Just 220 miles from Butler PA which is in the news this weekend.

Thanks, I took off from JFK

Any landing you can walk away from, is a good one!

I’ve had the pleasure of flying the real Concorde FFS at Air France many years ago before it was taken out of service and sent to a museum. It was a dusk/night only visual but it was still awesome. I’m an engineer working the latest FFS systems with the most up to date visual systems of today for all aircraft types. But that 2 hrs on the Concorde sim still is one of the best times I’ve had in Sim. The Sim itself was a masterpiece of engineering for the day. Kudos to the engineers that made it so long ago. Real engineering!

I visited Concorde at the museum of flight in East Lothian near Edinburgh, i am amazed at how small the toilet it. Also when i lived in edinburgh i remember watching concorde and the red arrows flying from edinburgh to glasgow. I cant remember the occasion i thought it might have been when scotland got there own parliment or maybe stone of destiny. But amazing
