Wow mate, bringing it down towards you in sports mode with obs avoidance off. Your my hero, you still got all your pinkies? :rofl:.

Why not, as I described above USE the sensors underneath the drone for more safer and controlled landing. Probably take a second longer, but mate bringing it down in sports mode you’ve gotta ease the stick, as opposed to in cine it’s full down and stable speed.

Not to mention, if your bringing it down quicker on a slightly gusty day…more chance of lacerated digits.

Also, the drone has more chance of fighting you and wanting to ascend while still in your hands which will speed up the motors/props and make the drone sound angry.

Bring it down in normal or cine (if you fly like Miss Daisy) pause it 1m above you, throw it in sports mode, and land on your paw

Should be no need to cheat it in sports mode. If you do everything right it will land in normal.
